Construction has progressed at the long-deserted Crown Fried Chicken on the corner of Washington and Prospect. Despite hearing rumors it would be a bagel place, the spot may serve more than that: An awning just went up showing it will be named "Skazzy Cafe." (For what it's worth, Urban Dictionary has the following definition of skazzy: "kind of neat, but slightly jankidy.") In equally curious storefront names, this biz is next door to the just-opened West Indian restaurant "God Is."
