Here’s how Chuko, the ramen eatery coming to Vanderbilt Avenue, is looking these days. The restaurant, on the corner of Dean Street, will be run by Morimoto alums Jamison Blankenship and David Koon. The community board gave them the go-ahead for a beer and wine license in April.
