After soft opening for friends and family last night, Fleisher's Meats, renowned for its all-natural, grass-fed beef, pork, and lamb, opened its second outpost, on Fifth between Union and Sackett, today at noon. It's more museum than butcher shop. I'll let the photos speak for themselves.
There are also rotisserie chickens for sale, along with a selection of prepared, frozen foods including macaroni and cheese, Texas-style chili, and chicken pot pie. There are also a ton of surprises, including soap made from pig fat and an incredible cheese selection. The best way to take it all in, though, is to discover it for yourself.
