Will the bagel spot at 645 Vanderbilt Avenue ever open? It's been playing games with our heart for more than a year. Back then it was the Olde Brooklyn Bagel Shop, then it changed to Prospect Bagels, and now the name's returned to the original. Since signage is up on the windows and a paint job is happening, we're assuming the store will be opening soon. This is an offshoot of popular Middle Eastern joint Zaytoons, up the block.
