Survey Says: Everyone Hates the MTA

Transportation Alternatives conducted a survey and discovered the obvious: The majority of New Yorkers are not happy with their daily commutes. At least 61 percent of respondents answered via text that their train or bus ride since 2009 has gotten worse, while 26 percent said it was the same and 13 percent claimed their commute has gotten better, despite more rats and lots of service cuts.
