What warm soapy water, rubbing alcohol and razor blades could not do, the City Council accomplished on Wednesday with a unanimous voice vote: the hated yellow-green Sticker of Shame that the city affixes semipermanently to cars that dare to interfere with street cleaning is being done away with.
