Several apartments are near complete. And we are moving more systematically through the mulled double hung windows (which are replacing the large sliding windows). We are consistently finding that the wood beneath these large sliders is rotten. So it has become necessary to rebuild the wood support onto which the window sits and is anchored on the side. (See the images below.) Removing, rebuilding the support and installing these windows takes about 3 hours.
I'm also attaching an image where you can see the insulation applied to the window. We are using a combination of fiberglass and spray foam insulation.
So the current plan for tomorrow is:
