It was a very positive day indeed

So the architects came in today to review and approve the currently installed windows in preparation for caulking. It was very uplifting indeed to pass through the 4th floor and see lots of new windows and to be able to open and close them without sticking or using my full body weight.

I'm happy to say that that several apartments are completely done and many more than half done. All installed windows, with the exception of two, have been approved. Caulking and sealing is set to begin tomorrow.

Also, you can take a trip up the G/H/I/J line side and see a new window installed into the stairwell between the 3rd and 4th floor.

So while we are behind schedule, we are not that far off either. When we started 1 1/2 weeks ago we had hoped to have the 4th floor complete by the end of this week along with three 3rd floor apartments.  At this point we there is a good chance that the 4th floor will be complete along with perhaps the 4th and 3rd floor hallways. Given the conditions we have faced, that's really not too bad.
